Friendly: Plumtree 6 Notts Metropolis 3
Plumtree coasted to a fairly easy victory against Notts Metropolis in it's first pre season friendly. Man of the match, Matt Court scored 2 with the other goals coming from Omar, Paul Thomas, Ryan Kenward and Jon Atkin.
The new recruits settled in really well and despite having to play people out of position, we played some good football and with better finishing, should have scored more than 6.
It looks like we have a strong squad for the coming season.
