Carpet Burn or football injury..?
Despite rumours to the contrary, Jon did sustain this injury playing football and not as a result of disobeying his wife. A misguided attempt to head the ball, followed by falling and headbutting the centre circle, left Jon with an embarrassing friction burn along the side of his face.
